Construction of a new three-story, 430,000 square foot senior living facility situated on 75 acres.

The facility is comprised of three sections: the Residence, the Inn, and the Town Square. The Residence contains 324 single-occupancy bedrooms for nursing home residents, clustered into four “households.” Each household has its own entry, foyer, dining room, living room, personal-care suite, therapeutic kitchen, and enclosed porch. The Inn has its own entrance and includes 48 studio and one-bedroom assisted living units, activity rooms, exercise room, restaurant-style dining rooms, and kosher kitchen.

The Town Square connects The Inn and The Residence through a two-story atrium. It features a synagogue, a 3,500 square foot adult daycare center, a greenhouse, a gift shop, an art gallery, administrative offices, meeting rooms, and medical and rehabilitation services.
