Corporate Offices
The Butz Corporate Center is a new 124,000 SF office building located on the southeast corner of 9th and Hamilton Streets. The first phase of the project is a modern-design, 6-story, 76,000 SF Class A office space with retail spaces on the first floor. Alvin H. Butz, Inc. occupies 20,000 SF of the building. An FAA-approved heliport is located on the roof. |
