Renovation and rehabilitation of an 18-floor, 434,000 square foot building to accommodate several departments of the City of Philadelphia. The project required complete demolition of existing offices and support space, including a significant amount of hazardous material abatement. All operating systems in the building were replaced with new state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, life safety, and controls systems.

Project included complete tenant fit-out of private and open office space, conference/meeting rooms, data processing/storage, kitchen/cafeteria/dining areas, and support space.
