Temple University Medical Center – Three Parking Garages

Ontario West Garage (1,500 parking spaces)

Fast-tracked construction of a five-level, 500,000 square foot precast concrete parking structure. Built immediately adjacent to operating medical facilities and a residential neighborhood.

Carlisle Street Parking Garage (790 parking spaces)

Construction of a seven-level, 276,000 square foot precast concrete parking structure. Located on a tight urban site, amidst operating campus buildings, an elementary school, and a residential neighborhood. Site preparation required underpinning of an adjacent 2-story block structure and relocation of an existing storage shed.

Tioga Street Garage & Pedestrian Bridge (485 parking spaces)

Construction of a five-level, 183,000 square foot parking garage adjacent to the new Temple University Children’s Hospital / Shriners Hospitals for Children. Constructed of precast and post-tensioned concrete with security mesh panels., it was designed to accept a future physician office building above. Also included is a 2,200 square foot connecting pedestrian bridge to the University’s Health Sciences Complex.
