Five Tower Bridge

Construction of an eight-story office building totaling 222,000 square feet above a three-level, 192,000 square foot parking garage containing 687 spaces. Auger cast piles with strip beam foundations support all 11 levels of the structural steel, metal deck, and concrete floor structure. Exterior walls are a combination of precast concrete and aluminum framed windows.

A new bridge spanning an active railroad line connects the parking garage with the existing garage at One Tower Bridge. Work was accomplished without interruption of service and in close coordination with rail company representatives.
