University of Pennsylvania - Mod 6 Chiller Plant / Parking Facility

Construction of a seven-story, 350,000 square foot mixed-use facility on a tight urban site. The structure is built with precast and cast-in-place concrete with brick and architectural precast exterior finishes, and houses a 13,400-ton central chilled water plant / thermal energy recovery unit, a 22-MVA electrical substation, a 658 parking spaces, and street-level retail.
