New prototypical 5-story, 70,000 square foot, 136-room, select-service hotel. Loft-like guestrooms feature 9-foot ceilings and over-sized windows. A high-tech workspace / entertainment center provides wireless internet, plug-and-play connectivity, and a wall-mounted, flat panel TV. Hotel amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, multimedia conference room, 24-hour gourmet self-serve café, bar, and lobby. The hotel employs innovative design elements and unique natural textures throughout.

The block-and-plank structure with EIFS exterior is ornamented with a curtainwall and prefabricated Prodema and Arcwall panels. The building’s exterior is further enhanced by cold cathode lighting, aloft’s trademark rooftop Swoof, and a matching porte cochere.
