Part of the new construction is a three-story overbuild over the existing emergency room while the rest is built in a treed lot in front of the main entrance.

Renovations to four floors of the existing building includes:

  • GI Suites
  • Electrophysiology Lab (EP)
  • Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Pre-Op Suite
  • OR Support Space; lockers, lounge and offices

New construction included:

  • Central Sterilization Reprocessing (CSR) – Basement Level
  • New main lobby – 1st Level
  • Clinic - 1st Level
  • Emergency room entrance - 1st Level
  • 14 - OR suites - 2nd Level
