photo courtesy Barry Halkin Photography A new free standing ambulatory care facility of approximately 64,346 sf on two floors. The building is a structural steel frame with metal studs to support the brick and aluminum window systems. The roof is a sloped standing seam metal panel system including skylights. Complex  mechanical and electrical systems for the new building are served by a new on-site utility plant. Significant sitework was required to develop the building pad, parking fields and a new entrance drive for the new campus. The building is designed to receive a third floor in the future and received the USGBC GOLD certification level.
